Healthy Weight Masterclass - Supporting the mental health of people in larger bodies

In the latest instalment of WA Primary Health Alliance’s Healthy Weight Masterclass series, Senior Clinical Psychologist, Dr Olivia Carter, will discuss the impact of weight stigma on individuals in larger bodies, and its’ role in exacerbating mental health challenges.

Dr Carter will also be speaking on the connections between being in a larger body and disordered eating, as well as evidence-based interventions to provide comprehensive care for patients in larger bodies who are experiencing mental health issues.
