General Practice in Aged Care Incentive:
Your Questions, Answered

The General Practice in Aged Care Incentive (GPACI) was introduced in July 2024 to support GPs in delivering proactive, patient-centred care in the aged care setting. Twelve months in, we recognise that some practices continue to face some challenges in meeting GPACI service requirements.

WA Primary Health Alliance’s (WAPHA) Practice Support team are launching a virtual Q&A session, which is an informal drop-in, designed to fit into your busy day and provide tailored support. Our aim is for this session to provide you with the opportunity to ask questions and gain clarity on all things GPACI. Whether you’re seeking help with service requirements, tracking and monitoring patients, setting up PRODA and HPOS, or simply want to better understand how to apply GPACI in your practice, we’re here to help.

You can submit questions ahead of time via the registration form and will receive reminder notifications closer to the date. Join us for a relaxed, informative session where you can bring your lunch and your questions and let us support you in making GPACI work for your practice.
