General Practice Emergency Response Team (GPERT) Costing & Modelling

About this Opportunity

WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) seeks to engage a suitably qualified consultancy to apply costing and associated analysis for the General Practice Emergency Response Team (GPERT) recommended model. The GPERT Project aims to build capacity within general practice to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters, supporting the continuity of primary care for communities impacted across Western Australia.

The purpose of this engagement is to produce robust, transparent, and defensible cost estimates across a range of disaster scenarios by identifying and documenting key assumptions, assessing cost drivers, and applying appropriate analytical approaches to enable unit-based costing and scalability of the recommended GPERT model. The resulting analysis will inform future planning, scalability considerations, and investment decision-making for implementation of the GPERT model across the state.
