WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) is commissioning a service provider to deliver a multidisciplinary team in collaboration with participating general practices.
For the Country WA PHN region, the allied health services to be delivered by the same provider include: Registered nurse, physiotherapist and podiatrist.
Country WA: Geraldton, Morawa and Mullewa.
