About this opportunity:

WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) is seeking to commission consulting services to evaluate delivery of a Service System Recovery Plan (SSRP) under the GP Incentive Grant – Kununurra – Thin Markets.

The evaluation will monitor and track implementation of the SSRP to ensure all components of the SSRP are recorded for financial viability, change management and outcomes of new multidisciplinary service team (as per the SSRP) and Thin Market Grant.
