About this Opportunity:

WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced evaluation consultants to undertake mixed-methods evaluation of commissioned health services.

Suppliers are expected to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in conducting health service evaluations.

  • Cultural competence and experience engaging with priority populations (e.g., Aboriginal, CALD, LGBTQIA+).
  • Strong governance, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
  • Understanding of the WA health sector and commissioning environment is desirable.

Shortlisted suppliers will be invited to participate in Request for Proposals (RFP), where they will submit a detailed methodology, project plan, and pricing. WAPHA will be releasing several RFPs for evaluation services soon.
