Silverchain Palliative Care GP Upskilling Evening

Topic 1 – Walking the palliative journey with your patient, managing early symptoms, and navigating the shared care journey
Learning outcome – to be able to identify when to introduce palliative medications and refer for specialist palliative services

Topic 2 – Updates on Palliative management from our palliative care specialist team and how to access services in an online world
Learning outcome – to be able to identify appropriate referral pathways at time of referral and in times of escalation

Time: 6:00-7:30pm including dinner and refreshments
Location: Technology Park Function Centre, 2 Brodie Hall Drive, Bentley

There will be ample opportunity for networking with current Silverchain Directors, Specialists and GPs working within the Palliative Care service.

Under new CPD guidelines the session allows GPs to log 2 hours for this activity as an educational activity via RACGP “quicklog”.
