Palliative care education session

An interactive session for GPs and medical specialists utilising group discussion and case studies to provide greater understanding of palliative care and how it can be implemented with patients and their families. Palliative medicine physician, Dr Ellie Knight will cover topics including:

  • Recognising your palliative clients
  • Communicating about end of life issues
  • Advance care planning
  • Assessing and managing common symptoms

Attendees are required to complete the online learning modules before attending the session.
