Mental Health Cases and Conversations

The New Fellows Committee presents the first face-to-face RACGP event since March. GPs are invited to reconnect with colleagues and peers as we discuss important mental health presentations.

The importance of effectively identifying and managing mental health presentations has only increased as a result of COVID. Using real case studies, our expert facilitators will explore and discuss the assessment and management of a number of different scenarios including; the distressed patient, children suspected of trauma and risk-taking adolescents.

Presented by GP Dr Andrew Leech and Psychologist Katrina Alilovic, this workshop aims to help expand your confidence in effectively managing mental health presentations.
