Managing change within your practice

This webinar will provide advice on how to manage change within a practice and with patients. One example would be when a practice decides to increase fees in order to cover costs. Part of this change involves effectively communicating the reasons for out-of-pocket costs with patients.

A key focus of the session will be managing the transition from bulk billing to mixed billing and how to educate and prepare those that need to ‘buy in’ to successfully achieve change.

The webinar will also touch on other changes required for a practice to operate effectively, such as the use of particular software and implementing different employment models.
