LAUNCH Trauma Informed Care Module

Neurolinks to past stressful experiences, including inherited trauma, can impact on our responses to new situations
and interactions with others. Our new Trauma Informed Care module is designed to help health professionals to
recognise, and respond appropriately to, people who are experiencing difficulty interacting with the health
environment, due to previous experiences, and to provide a safe and empathetic space to provide compassionate
health care.

Keynote Speaker:
Dr Ann O’Neill, Founder of angelhands, TEDx Speaker, Academic and
Lived Experience Trauma Expert.
