Service Provider Workshop - Help shape the future of palliative care in WA

A two hour workshop to give a health provider perspective on the current challenges of providing palliative care in WA.

At the workshop you will:

• Hear about consumers’ experiences of receiving palliative care from their feedback to the consumer survey.
• Actively contribute to solutions that can address unmet needs across the different palliative care settings: home, hospital, hospice, aged care/nursing home

The feedback from these workshops will form part of the final recommendations to the WA Department of Health as part of the Independent review of palliative care in WA
