Adolescent Eating Disorders and the Role of the GP
The GP’s roles in supporting families and adolescents with eating disorders (or at-risk of) is important.
This webinar explores identifying the at-risk patient, assessment and diagnosis; the referral pathways available, when to refer and coordinating care; useful resources and how GPs can support the patient and their families.

- Explain the role of the GP in the early detection and assessment of patients with an eating disorder
- Recognise the features of at least two different types of eating disorders
- Develop a comprehensive management plan, including referral to appropriate services
