Heart Failure is a complex disease that impacts quality of life for the patient, and comes at a high cost to the healthcare system. This webinar will explore the impact of this disease in WA and how to best identify and diagnose patients early on. It will also look at managing ongoing patient care supported by GPs and Heart Failure Specialists in partnership.

This webinar is presented by Prof Gerry O’Driscoll, internationally recognised expert in heart failure, cardiomyopathy and mechanical heart support.
