Have your Say – Primary Health Exchange

Our online consultation hub enables you to have your say on WA Primary Health Alliance projects and share your thoughts on the planning and design of high-quality primary healthcare across WA. Your assistance will help us transform and save lives. Have your say now.

What is it?

Primary Health Exchange is an online consultation hub for community members, consumers, families, carers, health professionals and service providers.

Have your say by participating in the online discussions, surveys, sharing your ideas and voting in WA Primary Health Alliance polls.

Primary Health Exchange also provides information about our latest work to make primary care more effective and efficient by tailoring it to the needs of regions and local communities. There are dedicated pages for WA Primary Health Alliance’s regional teams and those addressing health needs in the same part of WA. This helps foster local networks and engagement.

Each year, Primary Health Exchange gets around 6,000 online visits from Western Australians.

What does it do?

It allows individuals and groups to play a role in the design of quality primary care services and more effective models of care for those most in need.

Through Primary Health Exchange, WA Primary Health Alliance has engaged with communities on more than 40 innovative health projects. This includes the design and implementation of our Integrated Team Care program to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and also new mental health, alcohol and other drugs and chronic disease programs.

Primary Health Exchange also provides a hub of information to support service providers seeking investment in their local primary healthcare service.
