Community Advisory Councils

Be the voice of your community – Community Advisory Councils

Learn about our Community Advisory Councils which advise the WA Primary Health Alliance Board on strategy and help direct our investment into hundreds of leading primary health services across WA. Council members understand the needs of their communities and how their world is changing.

What are they?

Community Advisory Councils form part of our governance structure, reporting directly into the Board on themes and priorities from the community perspective. The Councils consist of representatives of all ages and drawn from a diverse range of groups. They represent, and have a strong knowledge about, WA Primary Health Alliance’s key priorities. Members include those with lived experience, local community leaders, representatives from grassroots groups and members of local hospital advisory committees.
