  • Ngangganawili Aboriginal Medical Health Service (Wiluna): Patients will be referred to RFDS for up-transfer to tertiary hospitals via RFDS as clinically indicated and based on capacity of those hospitals
  • HealthPathways WA helps clinicians easily navigate their patients through the complex primary, community and acute healthcare system. It is a free, password-protected website containing localised clinical pathways, which provide clear and concise guidance for assessing, managing, and referring patients across Western Australia.

Home Visiting Services
  • Hope Community Services – Integrated Team Care Program
  • Goldfields Women’s Refuge, Finlayson House – FDV Mobile services and FDV Outreach Services
  • Esperance Home Care – Provides personal care; medication assistance; domestic assistance; meals on wheels; shopping assistance (shopping for the client) for older people (Commonwealth Home Support Program; Home Care Packages; Veterans Home Care) and younger people with a disability (NDIS)
  • Spinifex Health Services – Tjuntjuntjara community only – All positive cases will be treated on a base to base case, home visits from health care professions can be arranged in extreme circumstances, or when someone requires life threating medical attention.
  • COVID-19 Positive Home Visiting and Telehealth Servicemedical deputising and nursing services are available to deliver clinical assessment and treatment for people living in residential aged care facilities or private psychiatric hostels across WA, who are isolating due to COVID-19. The service is not intended for routine monitoring and care, but rather to provide one-off or exceptional circumstance consults that will help avoid unnecessary escalation to hospital. Referral is via the resident’s GP, however facility staff can refer if the GP is unable to be contacted.   • Wizard Central – Kalgoorlie –  Free delivery once per month for COVID positive patients, $8.95 for subsequent deliveries
  • Wizard – Kalgoorlie – Free delivery once per month for COVID positive patients, $8.95 for subsequent deliveries
  • Spinifex Health Services (Tjuntjuntjara community only) – SHS will continue to provide all community residents who are on regular medication with Webster packs that can be delivered to community houses if required.  The pharmacy in the clinic will operate as needed, including providing emergency medication and filling scripts.
