Better Health, Together invites service providers, researchers, community, consumers, family and carers to share their insights and inform primary care planning and design in WA.
This online consultation page supports stakeholders to give their input to WA Primary Health Alliance on a continuous basis as part of the tools used to gather information on changes, themes and trends from the perspective of those delivering and using primary care in WA.
The information you provide will remain confidential, and will be used by the WA Primary Health Alliance Health Planning team to add value to our needs assessment.
Better Health, Together is not designed to provide direct responses to users and it only monitored during standard office hours, 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.

WA Primary Health Alliance welcomes information, insight and input from the diversity of stakeholder in primary care. There are structured and informal, in person and online, opportunities to of bringing together information.
