Better health, together invites service providers, researchers, community, consumers, family and carers to give input on a continuous basis. It is one of a range of tools used to gather information on changes, themes and trends from the perspective of those delivering and using primary care in WA.
The information you provide will remain confidential, and will be used by the WA Primary Health Alliance Health Planning team to add value to our ongoing assessment of health and service needs in WA.
Better health, together is not designed to provide direct responses to users and is only monitored during standard office hours, 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.
If you would like a response to any health and service issues identified, contact us directly via (08) 6272 4900 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
